Embers Stoves & Fireplaces is a family-owned business established at the beginning of 2009 by Ernie Stanhope and Peggy Brown. Combined, we have over 30 years of experience in the hearth industry.

Our showroom is designed as a comfortable place to shop for gas and wood fireplaces, stoves and accessories. We welcome you to come in, browse our selection and allow us to answer any questions you may have.

We want our customers to feel at ease; from selecting the perfect fireplace to fit your home, to your first fire and beyond. We install and service everything we sell. Embers also offers a free in-home consultation to make sure that you, the homeowner, are comfortable with every aspect of its startup and use. We are proud to have grown into the only specialized retail fireplace shop in the greater Portland area.
