Jay Mason is the Principal and Founder of Architectural Consulting Services, LLC (ACS) in Lowell. Prior to ACS, he worked for regional, design-build firms as well as large, national architectural companies where his project management expertise enabled success in fast-paced, demand-driven environments. Jay started ACS in 2003. ACS’ project types include Commercial, institutional (healthcare & education) and of course residential. With sensitivity to aesthetics, sustainability, and pragmatism, our most meaningful achievements include the many challenging, historic renovations of adaptive reuse provided in urban neighborhoods. A Registered Architect since 1993, Jay earned his Bachelor of Architectural Design from the University of Florida, and his Master of Architecture degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. Jay is NCARB & LEED certified and brings a focus on sustainable practices and reclamation potential to every project ACS undertakes.
