
Oakley the Squirrel: The Search for Z
For the first time (that we’ve seen, anyway), an alphabet book makes use of both nouns and verbs to learn each letter. Follow a very real squirrel on his hunt for the letter Z. He will look “beneath his bed,” “dig through his drawers,” and “peer in the picnic basket.” A fun twist comes at the end when his search makes him so sleepy that he falls asleep: Zzzzzzzz!
