Huston & Company recently launched the Balance Dining Table. Based on a custom design for a couple on Long Island, the cherry table features an 84-inch-long bevel-edged surface atop a pair of intertwined curved forms.

Anne Erwin Sotheby’s International Realty, owned by Linda Briggs, has opened a new office at 19 Beach Street in Ogunquit. The firm also has a location in York.

Carson Douglas Landscape Architecture, founded in San Diego by Michael Douglas Brennan and William Carson Joyce, has opened an office in Edgecomb. Joyce, who is now based in Maine, has 13 years of experience in the field. Prior to starting his firm, he trained with landscape architect Isabelle Greene, granddaughter of famed architect Henry Mather Greene.

Condo Furniture by Endicott Home in Scarborough has a new website. Customers can now order straight from the site, browse a sale section of showroom models, and receive quick delivery quotes. Additional features will include a blog and video and text tutorials.

Commodore’s Landing, a new 13-lot subdivision from Seaport Development Corporation, has opened in Kennebunk, a half-mile from Dock Square. Architectural design and construction packages are available from York-based William Ross Design and Thomas & Lord in Kennebunk.

Kathryn Wetherbee Wise is now a licensed architect with Harriman, an architecture, engineering, urban design, planning, and landscape architecture firm with offices in Portland and Auburn, Maine; Manchester, New Hampshire; and Boston, Massachusetts. Wise was formerly a designer with the firm.
