Maine photographer Abigail Wellman’s image Ingrid was selected to grace the cover and win the Gold Award in the Metaphor/Abstract category for Color magazine’s annual Single Image Competition issue. A second image won a Merit Award in the Portraiture category. In addition, her portfolio submission to Color’s Portfolio Contest 2010 has been selected for one of 15 Excellence Awards, netting her a four-page spread in the special issue. Wellman is represented exclusively by VoxPhotographs.
