Lifting the building (which was done by Joe Beote Inc.) and adding the new foundation enabled the addition of a walk-out lower floor, which today accommodates a game room, the eldest son’s bedroom, and a bathroom. Rangeley Building and Remodeling also reconfigured the front entrance, adding a more graceful portico.
