A mezzanine is supported on new Hancock Lumber pine beams that builder Eric Smith’s team worked with antique tools to make look aged. Oiled bronze brackets are not functional, but were custom made to match the bespoke stair rail. Lighting suggests nautical themes, such as the blue-lined mezzanine fixtures and Lindsey Adelman’s “Knotty Bubbles” chandelier over the dining area.
