Ted Carter’s imaginative landscape design included the planting of about 5,000 new trees, plants, and bushes that were original to the property, in an effort to restore several acres of riverbank that were abandoned, impassable, and forgotten. A custom gas firepit is perfect for toasting s’mores, or for cooler summer nights. Ornamental grasses play well with the natural dune system.
