Beaudette surrounded this room with glass on three sides bringing in views of the ocean, boardwalk, and river, as well as sunlight and breezes all day. Boughton selected cozy furnishings that make the space “so impossibly lounge-friendly,” says the homeowner, “that you frequently don’t get very far in a book before falling asleep.”
